Life 9-14-2005 Living in Crestwood, KY 40014. A small town 26 minutes NE of Louisville, KY. Some INC. type magazine rated it as #52 desirable place to live in USA in July '05 (only place on KY); so I guess the property values will holdup. Day job as a Materials/Purchasing/Inventory geek. 2nd job working as home fixit man. My wife and I buy distressed or foreclosed houses and fix them up to sell or rent. I have become pretty adept at several “trades” and smart enough to know when to call in a specialized contractor. With about 16 properties besides my own you other home owners will appriciate my Honey Do list. Married 22 years this month to Jean Marie Johansen, who I met at the Great Gorge ski area in 1980 while I was doing the post grad ski bum routine. We have had 2 children, a dog and a Guinea pig. Cody is 16.5 and involved in Wrestling 24/7/12. He is also involved in BMX racing, snowboarding and surfing.
