I am still living in North Carolina where I met the man I was pen-pals with. In fact, I wrote to dozens of people and ended up marrying one of them until he died back in 2005. now still live in the same city of North Carolina I met my husband-to-be in 1985 and now live alone with my two cats.
I didn't have any kids. I have never really worked and am disabled due to a hip birth defect that was apparent in my inability to walk correctly. I now live on a fixed income.
