Jean's Story
After graduation I married an Army guy and we moved around often, Texas, Hawaii, Kentucky, West Point, and Georgia. After 14 years got divorced in Georgia and moved to Florida. Three years later got remarried to a federal firefighter and we were married for 17 years. We divorced when he was promoted to fire chief and he moved to Mississippi. for the federal government there at Mechanicsburg and retired 6 years ago here in Pensacola. It was a great career! I also volunteered as a firefighter/EMT and was selected as volunteer EMT for the entire state of Florida a few years ago. I have 2 grown children (girl and boy), 4 grandchildren (2 boys and 2 girls). Life has really been good since high school. Looking forward to seeing everyone again at the 50th reunion in September.
