Life Two weeks after graduation, I married. Although the marriage ended after 10 years, I gained 3 beautiful daughters. I lived in Carson until 1986 and then moved to Diamond Bar, CA, where I still live. During my high school years, I wanted to be a secretary. I did that as a temp. for approximately 5 years off and on. I primarily was a stay home mom, as my daughter's were born in 1972,1973 and 1976. After the youngest was born, I worked part time as a waitress, i needed to spend time with adults and this job worked great, as the place i worked, was the LAPD Academy and the restaurant was closed on weekends, holidays and two weeks at Christmas. During the summers, I took the kids to the Academy where they spent the day in the pool while I worked. During that time frame, I met a woman, who told my about my next job to be. I became a Traffic Control Officer for the City of Los Angeles, and then went on to become a Sergeant working the Special Events Unit....Expand for more
