Jean's Story

I live in beautiful Enumclaw. The location is perfect for me. Driving home I can see Mt. rainier in all its splendor. There are lakes, rivers, mountains so close to enjoy everything the outdoors can offer. Exploring the outdoors is my fav, but the city is fun, if its a unique outing. Currently a freelance volunteer avoiding regular meetings that make me miss out on last minute opportunities or just relaxing. I camp and swim a lot. I'd love to travel more and learn how to fish better. Want to try and catch a steel-head. I camp often in my tent and I can light a 1-match fire without cheating. I am teaching myself how to refurbish furniture. I plan to learn how to make rod iron sculptures someday. I have a small boat that I have finally started to get seaworthy. do the fiberglass after that. I am also creating a pulley system for the garage ceiling to hang the boat to get it out of the way and for easy loading. OK, 2yrs later and still working on this, tsk, tsk, tsk. But I did sign up for the welding class!! When it comes to weather I don't look upon fall and winter as being depressing, but rather cozy and festive. I LOVE WINDY STORMY WEATHER!! I have two beautiful children who are grown. My 27`yr old daughter married her high school sweetheart and they have a 5mos son named Liam, my first grandson. My son is 21 and is on his own & working! I also have a grandson Liam who is 16mos and his little something is on the way in Sept. I hope its a girl!! I have 2 dogs, a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd mix. They are cute and serve as my home security system.
