Jeanie's Story
I've been married since 1986 to Calmer Hardin III. We have no children, but lots of nieces and nephews that we hang out with who still think we're cool.
I have been working for the same company for 25 years. My brother, Andy Stover, works there too, and it has awarded me with lots of opportunities to travel all over the U.S. and occasionally abroad.
I now live in Fayetteville after living for the last 18 years in Cobb County.
I graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Marketing Degree.
My husband owns his own business in Alpharetta, but we chose to move back to Fayetteville to be closer to my sister, brother, aunt, uncles and nieces and nephew.
Life is good! God is Great!
If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to my church, then spend the rest on family, investments and travel.
In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to ...Expand for more
get there by praying the stock market improves vastly and quickly.
My first job was at Meisel Photochrome, where I got paid fairly to print professional photographs. What I remember most about it is that it was a rock-n-roll, party atmosphere where we all went out together at night, including our bosses. It was definitely the most fun job I have ever had.
I have a great job now, that I love, except for the travel, which was fun the first 10 years but is not so fun anymore with all the airport regulations. But I am fortunate that I have been to some really cool places including Belgium, Germany and Austria, Montreal Canada, San Francisco, Chicago, San Antonio, Seattle, Phoenix and Los Angeles. And some not so cool places like Louisville, St. Louis and Boise, Idaho, not that any of those cities are bad....just not that interesting to work in.
