Jeanine's Story
I'm sitting in my office because it's finally quiet! All 800 kids have gone home, the teachers have retreated to their rooms and my office staff has escaped to a place where phones are not ringing and folks are expecting answers to a million different questions.
Three years ago I became the principal of Sherrod Elementary in Arlington, Tx. It has been an incredible adventure. I love what I do!

, who are not so little anymore. My daughter, Emily, is getting married in June. So our time at home is spent preparing for the wedding. My son has given me the most fun gift of all - a granddaughter, Gabby. She's 3 and is very good at it. She talks incessantly and tells wonderfully detailed stories!
I'm single - have been for a few years. Have become quite comfortable with it, but always up for dinner and good conversation.
