Jeanne's Story
I have two children a son 51 and a daughter 45. I am on my second marriage. I have two natural grandchildren 1 boy and 1 girl, three step-grandsons, two step granddaughters and 1 great grandson. I love them all dearly.
Out of high school I worked for Tropical Aviation as a secretary /bookkeeper and then when back to Public after 9 months. Stayed there until they would not promote a 19 year old to head cashier so I move onto General Telephone and Electronics as a unit secretary. Met my first husband and got married in 1966. on was born 9 months later. We traveled to Oklahoma, Missouri and then I had to come home to FL. Sick and PG. Was a stay at home Mom for 5 years then worked as a bookkeeper for Major Leagues Lanes in Ocala, Fl. Then move onto working for the Marion County Board of County Commissioners at the Animal Shelter now 29years and 4 months in all. Retiring in 2015. Now at 71 I am partly handicap, but I don't let it stop me form making the quilts I love to make. Boy does time fly. I love seeing the posting from classmates and the reunions.
