Jeanne's Story

Life My Spouse David and I have been together 12 years now and are very happy. Together we have 3 kids, but only 2 that live with us, Patricia 19, from his prior marriage, who now lives in Oregon and our 2 kids, Caitlin 13, and Micheal 11. If anyone one would like to send me an e-mail please do. It is jlpifer at acsalaska dot net. My Pets My snake, is a Ball Python, he is 4 feet long. We also have a dog now, she is a Shar Pei/Pit Bull mix that is very loving. My Kids They are wonderful and the light of our lives. My Job Well currently I am working at Charter College as Testing Center Administrator, Library Aide, Tutor, and sometimes Sub-Teacher have desided to go back to school and am enjoying it a lot. I am taking Medical Coding and Billing and graduated with Associates degree on July 29th, 2007, and now I am working on my Bachelor classes for Business Management and Technologies consintrating in Medical Offices and I am trying to find the scholarships to take the Medical Assistant Associates degree, only need another $15,500 to do that, lol. I hope that old friends would remember me as a person who was always a friend to them and who could be counted on to listen and offer an ear to listen to. I always wanted to be a Teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. The best way to relax is by playing World of Warcraft for several hours and having a lot of fun. I didn't really do things like that, I can't remember anything but if anyone can help me out, please do. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have good pay, good benefits, and freedoms to be able to deal with the day-to-day. I have lived in Oregon (born there), Tacoma, Washington with the first husband (divorced after three years), and now I live in Anchorage, Alaska with my current husband and I have lived here the last 15 years and love it. I moved up here to get away from an abusive second husband who hit me while I was pregnant with my first child. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Sharon Bynum, because she always tried to be a good friend to me. I have really started to like hockey, and areana football, since we have both those teams here in Anchorage that I can go and watch. I think the biggest surprise to me is that I have been married 3 times now and my current husband is the main reason I went to college at all and without him I wouldn't be where I am today. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the whole thing and add on a second floor. My dream home would be large enough ...Expand for more
to have it's own indoor target range for shooting so I don't have to go to the outdoor range here in Anchorage. That no matter what you do, your kids are going to be worse than you and you are going to see what you did as a kid in them, (God help us all). I would love to see Mr. K again. It's because of him that I wanted to be a teacher. If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to the church, then spend the rest on a home, cars and paying off bills and setting up IRA's, and trust funds for the kids. No, I have never lived in a college dorm. Never joined the Greek system. The college I attend at this moment is a fast track school, meaning that there are no sports or extras like that our quarters are only 10 weeks long and very intensive. I think the lowest grade I have gotten so far has been a "C" and that was in my Algebra II class, heaven help me when I am in my Phycis class. I feel that I am truly happy now, living where I am at (Anchorage, Alaska), being a teacher or working with a doctor's office somewhere, and I would be with my current husband. My current age is 39. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be old and mean. I was so completely wrong. I would like to get my Master's Degree in Business Management. After leaving Pendleton, we never spoke again. My best friend would tell you I'm always taking on to much, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as very caring and kind. Nope, I have tried to stay current on the fashions for my closet but there are a few (only 1 or 2) things in there that might be considered from when we were kids. I think the strangest place I ever worked was as a waitress in a strip club in Tacoma, Washington. I share my home with my husband, 2 kids, a dog, and a snake, which I find at times to much. Save every paycheck I got when I was working in high school and not spend it like I did, I would only spend it on the necessary things. In 10 years, I hope to be teaching or working in a medical office. I'm going to get there by contiuning my education. The fact that I have been married 3 times and I have a couple of tattoos and am planning on getting more. My first job was at Dept. of Health and Social Services in Pendleton, Oregon, where I got paid $300.00 a month to stay weekends with my Grandmother as her caregiver. What I remember most about it is I got to spend a lot of time with my Grandmother and really enjoyed it. In 6th grade my Dad took me fishing just before school got out for the year; and I was the only one to catch a fish that day up at Morgan Lake near La Grande.
