Life has been full and wonderful since leaving Radnor. I've been happily employed almost continuously, first as an engineer in the paper industry, and now as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. I've lived in NY, ...Expand for more
TX, and FL, and have been in Jacksonville since 1999. I'm happily married to my wonderful husband Dave, and we have a son, and a granddaughter born in 2009. Life is good, and I'd love to hear from all of you.

Enjoying one of my favorite summertime meals, and using more of our North Carolina farm stand bounty. Pasta with lots of grilled vegetables. Summer squash, eggplant, onions, Bell peppers, plus lots of fresh tomato, herbs, a
Apple and Walnut Upside down cake. Yum!
Another new successful dinner; Pan seared scallops with Chorizo and Corn. I love scallops.
One of my favorite treats of summer. Caprese salad with beautiful heirloom tomatoes.
One advantage of working from home, is being able to make wonderful lunches. Today I made Crab Salad with Peaches and Avocado. It was as beautiful as it was tasty. And healthy to boot!
