Jeanne's Story
Life
"Write your biography in the box below."
I LOVE this! It's been a long time since I took English 9, but hey, when you write your own biography isn't that called an autobiography? And, didn't I read somewhere in the National Enquirer that you should wait until after you die to write your autobiography because you get more money? Let me check and I'll get back to you! :-)
"Your biography cannot exceed 4000 characters."
Well. Hmmm. My bio in 4,000 words or less. What's up with these boring English 9 assignments Classmates is handing out? Hey, did you read that "sample" bio Classmates gave about some girl who met the man of her dreams (uh-huh, sure) on a beautiful sand beach (is there such a thing as an ugly sand beach?) while he was walking his dog in Hawaii (would YOU marry a man who was cruel enough to put his dog on a plane for ...Expand for more
a trip from the Mainland to Hawaii)? I just can't top that (my bio doesn't include writing romance novels!).
From the above, I guess you can see I still like to joke around and I still do very poorly at following directions and authority figures! But, contrary to the advice of many of our teachers, that attitude has served me well in life! :-)
Just email me if you honestly want to know about "Jeanne: the Post-1974 Years"! :-)
School
Except for socializing, I sure wish we had had "virtual high school" back then!
College
Undergrad: I went (to Indiana University), I partied (back then, I thought that was the whole point!), I managed somehow to graduate (surprisingly with a useful degree!).
Grad: I did it the right way the second time around! Of course, I was in my early 30's -- time takes its toll on your level of immaturity!
