Jeannette's Story
Been divorced forever. One long term relationship gone bad .. I do it all myself. Still working as a nurse in home health here in Fl. been here since 1986. Lost my youngest child Nicole in 1982. My oldest Tracey in 2007. Am raising my grandchildren ages 15 and 19. Tough job. Love my profession. Nurse x 46 years. have 5 grandchildren and a beautiful great grandson who is now 7 mos old.My son Tom lives close by so we are together often. He is my saving grace.Have 4 dogs and one parakeet.. It wasn't my plan but life and death happen. I love Vegas but don't go as often as I like. My life is very busy with job, home stuff, kids etc. My social life consists of new friends; old friends have moved on either in death or relocation. I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea idea. As it turns out, they were right.
My hero was my daughter tracey.She had so much insight,determination,and strength in her life and her illness right to the end.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel kitchen cabinets and add on a another room. My dream home would be in the mountains.

My current age is 67 When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be comfortable. I was so completely wrong.
I am where I want to be in my career. Sorry I listened to my ex husband. Would have loved to be in the military.
My best friend would tell you I'm a pushover, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as assertive.
