Shannon's Story
After college, I worked for law offices in the Bristol and Abingdon area.
Also, from 1993 - 2001, I owned and operated my own mobile disc jockey business, DJ's Unlimited. Can you imagine, me, a disc jockey? In 2001, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida seeking better weather and to further my career in the legal field. Last fall, I moved back to the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee to be closer to my family and friends.
I have always respected and admired Mrs. Joann (Hawkins) Burneston. She will always be my favorite teacher.
