Jeannie's Story

Life After graduating from high school I went To Murray State University and received my B.S. degree in education. I began teaching in McCracken County in 1975. I've been teaching kindergarten for 33 years at Farley Elementary. I've even had some of your children and it seems now grandchildren. I married Stan Cook in 1975. We have 2 sons Zac and Tyler. I have never moved very far from home. I live in Reidland behind Reidland Elementary. My mother is still alive at 91 but she has Alzheimer's which is a terrible disease. dland Baptist Church. I love to help children. Not only with learning but with food, clohes, and any other necessities. God put me on this earth to help and love others. I just hope I can spread a little love around to many children. My oldest son is 25 and lives in Nashville. He's not married yet. He's trying to finish his MBA. My youngest son is 16 and a sophmore at RHS> He doesn't even want to get his driver's license. I just can't believe that! I've had an amazing life so far. God has blessed me in so many ways. Jeannie
