Jeannie's Story
Life
After I left GHS, I got married and had three children by the age of 25. Then I returned to school and got my B.A. in English Literature in six years (summa cum laude) from the University of South Florida. I then got a job teaching high school English ... then got divorced. Five years later I married a teacher from my school and it's been fun ever since. My husband Paul and I travel a lot -- we are loyal Florida State football fans and go to every game. My children have all ...Expand for more
grown up and are in homes of their own. My son Jeff has 3 children, Alicia born 3/14/04, Alex, born 3/7/05, and April born 2/13/09. My daughter Jodi married and had a son Jacob on 8/31/06. My youngest, Jessica, married and has two children, Vincent, born 8/3/07 and Jane, born 10/8/10. I earned a Master's degree from FSU in 2009 and am now the librarian at the high school. I love it! I will retire in 2016. If you're ever down this way ... look me up. I'm 90 miles from Disney.
