Jeannie's Story
After 5 1/2 years at Woodland Elem I remember more people from my class of 1970 at Puyallup HS, then any of the other 4 High Schools I attended.
Got married right out of high school, had two kids, boy and girl, joined the Alaska Army National Guard, and got divorced.
Got remarried in 1975, joined the Air Force in 1978, got my associates degree while I was in the Air Force. Although disabled from my military service, got my 4 year degree in accounting...Expand for more
in 1993. We did a lot of traveling over the years and have been thru or in 48 of the 50 states, still have not made it to Hawaii or Nevada, lol.
Currently, my hubby of almost 35 years and I live in his home area in Maine, we moved here when he retired, for health reasons, from the Post Office 3 years ago. It was nice being able to retire comfortably before we were sixty. He is enjoying all the time he has to spend with his sisters and brother.
