Jeff's Story
Life
Well how do you explain the last 20 years! I've done just about anything I wanted to do in life. Not quite a Forrest Gump, but can elaborate some. I joined the U.S. Army and performed my Army basic training between my junior and senior years of high school. Needless to say it was joke coming back to finish my senior year after going through that. When I graduated high school I was sent to Ft. Sam Houston to Combat Medic school. I served in Panama and Operation Desert Storm. Once my time was up, I moved back to Little Rock and majored in Chemistry at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. At the same time, I got a job working for the UA Medical Sciences in Clinical Toxicology. After five years serving in drug testing research, I start a company based in Little Rock named a'TEST Consultants. My company specializes in drug testing employees for some of th...Expand for more
e largest employers on the globe. The Boeing Company, United States Postal Service, Entergy Corporation, and Tyson Foods are just a few of my customers. In 2003 I became a lobbyist for my industry in addition to being a business owner, and was called to testify as a US House of Representatives government expert on drug testing associated with Major League Baseball, The National Football League, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the US Department of Transportation. After this testimony my D.C. based trade association elected me President, which has allowed me to travel internationally and market my company as one of the premier drug testing companies in the world.
Besides being busy with my career, I've been married for 18 years to my Tina which is from LA (not lower Arkansas!), and I have two sons named Alex and Trevor. We are currently living in North Little Rock.
