Jeffrey's Story
After Notre Dame (civil engineering), moved to California and worked as consultant in LA and San Jose, then moved to Houston and stayed.
In 1980 joined regional transit authority, METRO. in 1990's headed planning, marketing and public outreach. In 1999 named COO. "Retired" in 2005 when new CEO asked.
Now work as Research Scientist for Texas Transportation Institute, part of Texas A & M system. UPDATE: moved to San Antonio and now serve as President/CEO of VIA Transit

Mandy is a teacher and has two girls, Makayla and Makenzie. Son Michael battles addiction but should graduate from UH soon, Wants to get PhD in Political Science and become professor.
I came out in my 40's (took me a really long time to figure that all out). Partner is IT specialist and we live just outside downtown Houston -- love urban living, close to theaters, museum, etc. I also love hot yoga, beading tapestries, reading non-fiction. Get to perform in musical once a year.
