Jeffrey's Story
Dear Class of 1978,
My husband, whom you knew as Jeff
Gray, was killed in action October 4th
in Afghanistan. He spoke of many people
in high school and loved to talk about
Concord football. I received a letter
for a class reunion and E-Mailed it to
him. He wanted to go so bad. Please
forgive me for saying this, but his last name wasn't Grayson, it was Gray.

not tell him that. How could you
possibly forget his last name when he could remember most of your names by heart?
We have two wonderful children who
miss their father tremendously as I do,
but we'll always remember his name and
what he fought and died for. My hope is
that you my possibly do the same.
