Jeffrey's Story
Life
I've been happily married for 36 years (as of 2005) to Debbie Gauger from the PTHS class of 1968. We've got two grown sons ages 33 and 31 and a grandson age 12 and granddaughter whose 10 going on 22.
We've stayed in the area and currently live in Cary, IL.
I've been involved with computers since I became a computer programmer back in 1971 and spent what felt like a lifetime in the corporate world before trying self-employment.
In addition to regular employment, I had a short run in local politics (hated that), ran a small police department for a while(kinda cool), became a soccer player and coach (the knees will never be the same), went to night school for an eternity to get the degree I wasn't patient enough to get on the 4 year pl...Expand for more
an after graduation like everyone else and dropped out of graduate school to start my own business.
Debbie and I own a small computer and Internet business with offices in Illinois and Texas and have been doing this since 1988. Some day we're hoping our sons will run the business and we'll take up permanent residence on a beach somewhere.
I recently found my high school best friend whose name is also Jeff and I'm happy to report he's doing well also. I can't disclose any details of his whereabouts, though. I'm sure that it's got to due with national security, being a secret agent or some such thing. I'm sure you understand.
2014 update - still going strong and our granddaughter will be delivering our first great-grandchild any day now.
