Jeffrey's Story
I left Brewster on the Monday following graduation, driving up to Massachusetts, where I lived until 1990. I worked as a cook for a couple of years where I met my wife Gwenn. I then pursued mechanical designing starting as a tool designer until going to work at Digital Equipment Corp as a mechanical designer. They eventually moved me to Sunny California during the down-sizing atmosphere of the late 80¿s before laying me off in 1992 after 17 years of dedicated service. Carolina until Google offered me my current position, back in California, where my family was still living. My daughter Sara was born in 1977, my daughter Heather was born in 1980, and my son Joshua was born in 1983. I've been here at Google since 2005. I bought a Harley Davidson FXSTS in 1992 and it¿s got over 75,000 miles on it, and it still running great. We¿ve got a weekend place up on Blue lake near Ukiah and we spend our weekends on the beach fishing and swimming. I have 4 grandchildren and life is good, but there are still things about Brewster and BHS that I miss.
