Not sure where other story went but, here goes. My youngest daughter just got married, my grandkids are keeping me young "looking" I guess. Lol. After 30 years of commercial driving, Im now retired--sort of. My health has taken a beating over the past 15 years and I recently had an LVAD placed in my chest to keep the heart pumping while I wait for a transplant. I still have a lot to live for and enjoy life as much as possible. I was forced (health reasons) to sell my beloved bike so I bought a boat to replace it!! Lol. Life is too short to waste away with regret and wishing Id done more. As I look back, Id do it all again just to have my kids and see how they have grown into great adults. I have a couple grandkids and fixing to be a new one in April!! I still live in Texas and have no real intention to move back, although, a nice little house on Duck Lake would be nice. 😁. I come back every now and then to see family or to escape the Texas heat. Ive seen some profiles on here and Im sad to say that most of them I dont know but, it looks like everyone is doing well.
