Jeffrey's Story

My Life~ endlessknight002ataol Here I am pushin 40 yet,I miss playing and singing in the bars the most... Still have the hair (shaved it off once.) and all the guitars, but now I play for the family. I don't remember much about my 20's except I ENJOYED them (I think)... LOTS of intoxicating substances back then... My wife and daughter want me to put a couple of my songs on you-tube or a myspace page. I like to play for people, it used to make me soo nervous, still does at times, if they are people who KNOW me. A lot has changed in my life since high school. I got married right after I dropped out of high school, which everyone tried to warn me... THAT was a mistake. So after my divorce from Rosie, I went back to school and got my high school diplma and A.S.E. cerification in autobody and automotive mechanics plus certification in welding and pipe fitting. I lived on the Navajo Reservation on and off for about 7 years with a wonderful woman. Together we have a daughter Gwendie Robinson who just turned 14 in April. I currently live in Washington State. Just north of Seattle with my wife of 7 years, my daughter and my 4 year old son. I am a song writer, guitarist, drummer and singer. I entered a nationwide talent contest a few years back. Finished as a runner up. I am no Alan Jackson or George Strait but I can hold my own. Yes, I have paid my dues in the bars and clubs singing lead on everything from country to Pink Floyd. This is the first time in several years where I don't have a band. There is just no time at all now. I have written over 40 songs and I have a few songs looking to be published (I hope). My high school diploma (GED) and college doesn't get me very far now days. Got to get that education because the music scene paid my bills most of the time with some money left to play with, but seems it was always feast or famine. I have worked in a lot of diffrent fields. I owned and managed my own auto shop in New Mexico. "Mechanic City U.S.A." Where I had 7 employees working for me. I enjoyed doing that most of the time. But got tired of turning wren...Expand for more
ches and baby sitting mechanics. I have played several venues around New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona. From little red-neck bars to nightclubs even a few county fairs. Even been on TV! After the collapse of my relationship to my daughter's mom, my daughter and I moved to Washington to be with my mother after I found she had cancer. She beat the cancer. I stayed. I found that it is BEAUTIFUL up here in the evergreens and we LOVE the snow! My daughter and found it to be such a complete change from living in the desert. Not too long after I got here I was offered a great job doing construction at the oil refineries. Good money until I crushed my back. My first back surgery didn't fix it, so I am currently recovered from my second. My daughter is half Navajo but looks alot like me. She has blonde hair, fair skin and great big brown eyes she got from her mother (plus the fact that she tans so well!). My current wife is 6'1" (which works well with my 6'4") she has dishwater/auburn hair and has slate blue eyes. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! She just gave birth to a 5 lbs 14oz, 3 week premature baby boy named Charles Jeffrey Robinson we call him "BEAR". He is almost 4 years old. His eyes are almost grey like mine. He is a Daddy's little helper for sure! I am finally happy. I am teaching my daughter to play the guitar and to sing. She has been a fan of my songs all her life. That's kinda how I got into music was singing her to sleep when she was very young. I have tried in the past to get into contact with a few people from the old days, such as Marjorie Franklin, Mike Pugh, Kenny Reed and Gwendolyn Scheck but alas I have yet to hear from them. These were some of my best friends through out my schooling and it saddens me not to be able share our lives as we pass to middle age. Wow! 40 got here fast! I still remember when 30 was OLD! Oh well and so on we go! Take care thanks for reading my BIO. If you see anyone mentioned tell them Jeff a.k.a. Beau said "HELLO" and I miss them. As for the rest of my friends... drop me a line at Endlessknight002-at-aol put your name in the subject.
