Jeffrey's Story
MY Life
Currently:
I am currently living in Woodward, OK with my wife and kids after graduating with a degree in mathematics and computer information systems. I have recently become a DELL Certifies Systems Engineer (DCSE) and will likely be repairing DELL computers for Western side of OK.
I was discharged Honorably from the Army due to becoming injured in the line of duty. After being discharged went to finish my degree that I began while in the Army. The Deparment of Veterans Affairs in Oklahoma felt my IQ was to high for Computer Science and forced me into switching my major to Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics. Instead of finsihing the engineering degree went on to become a Mathematics major with a minor in computer information systems.
Being young and naive in the Army, I met my first wife and had 2 children with her, Amber (12) and Andrew (11). After an incident, I requested a divorce from her. Later, I met my current wife while in service over in Korea and we had 3 children together, Alexander (8), Anthony (6), Adrianna (3) .
School
Biggest crush? Hmmm I dated Genevieve Gille from James Madison Memorial almost my entire time in high school in Wisconsin. My Biggest Crush(es) from Las Vegas would be Julie Coombs who moved away to be a model in France and either Stephanie Allen or Charity Lynn Couch later.
Never felt very inspired in school except in Physics and PreCalc classes during my Junior year with the other seniors. have tried to fit in a bit more although my rep from Middleton high school was known and made it difficult. I probably should have also stuck with the books a bit better.
College
Spent many years at different colleges in different majors.
University Maryland was working on Computer Science/Criminal Justice Major.
University Wisconsin was a Junior in Electrical Engineering and Physics.
Finally ended up with an AS in Liberal Science from MATC, Madison and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Edgewood College.
Workplace
1991-1992 US Army Reserve Rockford Illinois Working in Logistics
1992-2001 US Army Active Duty
Active Years in Army worked on Cobra abnd Blackhawk Helicopters. Later went to school for Nuclear Biological Defense under the Nuclear Regulatory Commitee. During time in my skills at programming and with computers later earned me postions as a Unix Administrator and Infromation Security Officer. Became a training Sergeant that ensured that all Drill Sergeants and Soldiers below them were trained in the lastest techniques and equiment. Final position in army I was trained in skip tracing of AWOL soldiers and interviewing soldiers for security clearances of soldiers upon entrance to the Army.
2010-Present DELL Certified System Expert for Prevail IT.
Hoping to work for a higher ecehelon goveremnet organization someday be it NASA, NIST, NRC, NSA, CIA, or evn the FBI or US Marshals office. Still waiting on that perfect GS-9 job to open in the right locale.
Military
Hmmm, I think I covered this under workplace since the government and military has been my workplace and probably will always be my workplace.
