Life
It has to be a real treat for me to say "hello" to all the wildcats from OHS.Since graduating I've been living a life of many shades of light and darkness. I entered military service in 1969 joining the US Air Force. The hard part was saying good-bye to lisa and rod(68'/67'}, donna and mike {69'}and Meryl,Whitlow and the Runners.My time spent in the air force serving my country was a real time of growth in mind body and spirit. In 1973 I met my future wife on a blind date set up by my cousin. Arlene and I were married in 1974 and have been together ever since that blind date.We have three children Jeremy age 22 a recent grad of Concordia University, Benny age 22 attending California State University Los Angeles, and Heather age 14 a freshman in high school. nter OTS this August. Ben has had his own laundramat for three years and will graduate in 2002. Heather is a true beauty both in heart and compassion for others.My own career has taken a few different turns. After my military years I lived in Washington working for KIRO TV CBS shooting News film . I also worked for Osborne/Uland as a ski tech.Arlene started with Merrill Lynch as a wire operator lots of responsibility and little money, but a way into the business. Three years later we moved to Los Angeles to be close to Arlenes family.I decided to try and make a business out of my love of cooking.I went to work with my brother in-law and opened the first of five fast food asian restaurants.The restaurants have been able to keep our family going for the last 23 years. Hopefully things will keep going and going and going......
