Jenifer's Story
Life
On December 23, 2000, one week after graduating university, I married a Dutchman named Jurjen Roos. Three months later we moved to the Netherlands, where I currently live. We do not live in Amsterdam, but an hour away from Amsterdam in Emmeloord, very close to where Jurjen works. He is an Aerospace Engineer and works for the Dutch Aerospace Laboratory. for the American Women's Club of Amsterdam as the Editor of "Tulip Talk," our monthly magazine. We do not have any children yet, but we are working on it! Currently we do not have any plans to move back to the States, but Jurjen would like to move back and I, of course, would be fine with that! I am enjoying life in Holland and can speak some Dutch, passable but not perfect!
