Jennie's Story
Jennie's schools include Renton High School. Jennie works(ed) at Retired.
My best friends in high school were Margie King and Marcy Williams, my big brother was Corkey he always had my back and helped me get through the pangs of high school .
After high school I went to Renton tec for a year,moved to Flordia for a year and a half came back home and went through the pains of growing up and finding out who I was and what I wanted.
I met my husband Ted at a friends house who had just been robbed. Ted was the officer who answered the call and we have been married now for 41 years. Ted was on the Green River Task force, he was with the King County sheriff office for 33 years.
We have a blended family,four boys from Ted's first marriage and four of ours together,two boys and two girls. we have 15 grandchildren.
The apple didn't fall from the tree we have lived in Kent for 41 years.The only person I really keep in touch with is Margie and course Marcy and Danny before they passed. I do t...Expand for more

Ron Colston was both of my daughters basktball coach in junior high he used to tease them and tell them he could of been their dad..we never dated but it was fun to raz the girls.The last time I saw Ron he had just gone through the terrible shooting at the mall,it affected him deeply.
I have been truly blessed to fullfil my one and only dream and that was to become a wife and a mother,it's the greatest thing I have ever done in my life.
I see all these faces and with age my memory seems to have forgotton some of them but then of course I remember eveyone beging in their teens and could never imagin what we all might look like in ourr 60's ? we were all gonna stay young,but then life happends,people change and we loose the ones we hung out with.
Best memories of high school? football games,sock hops,cutting class to go to blue ox and of course driving the Renton loop in Marcy's grandpas car...what a blast:)
