I LOVE music & I find that songs help relieve my stress. I like to dedicate certain song lyrics to certain people. I like all sorts of music from heavy metal to pop to country & rap. My favorite band right now is Breaking Benjamin, but I find my radio usually tuned to country or lite rock 105.
