Life
It's amazing how time has flown by since graduation. It's hard to believe that it's going on 15 years now. After graduation, I moved with my family to Commerce, Georgia. I worked part-time and went to UGA for a couple of years until I met my wonderful husband, Billy. Of course, college went out the window which wasn't my forte at the time. I've gone back to school since then and I am finishing up my degree. (Man, do I feel old with all those young'uns in class.haha!) We've been married for 11 years now. We've had two beautiful children. Both of which were born very early. Kimberly, born at 27 weeks gestation, died 24 hours after birth. Katie, born at 25 weeks, is now 7 years old. rocess of adopting our youngest,a little boy named Alex,3. I think motherhood has been my destiny in life. I love it!!! My husband and I are also foster parents.(That's how we've adopted Alex & Kaylee). So far, we've had a ton children to enter our lives and leave us to be adopted by their family members. We hope we are done fostering and adopting for awhile. It's been a baby factory around here for the last 2 years.We need to grow our little ones for the time being.
I worked in the medical field for about 9 years until Katie was born. She sort of changed my career avenue. After staying home for a year, I went back to work. I'm currently employed with the Postal Service. Heck, if you can't beat the nuts, might as well join them.I seem to fit right in!
