As for me and my Life:
I have the best friends in the world which I have managed to keep since choir with Mrs. Norris at Stonybrook. Thank you to Sallie Disser and Hope Stroud for kicking me in tail when I needed it, pumping me up when I don't believe in myself and making me laugh like there is no tomorrow. Where would I be without you two? Also thanks to my other dearest friend I met at Warren Lisa Harris.......After 19 years we are still there for each other........who else would self tan my arse.......LOL :)
Finally getting married on June 15, 2007 to the most amazing man I have ever met. Mr. Brian Douglas Hammer is from Minnesota but living here for the moment. He is an electrician and has two children Tyler, 15 and Jessie, 13 and I have a 13 year old son who is the funniest person I know. Trying at times ABSOLUTELY.....but weren't we all? The love for my son outweighs anything I have ever known, even with the backtalking years right in front of me. :) I am very blessed to be gaining two more children....Expand for more
They are amazing kids and I am proud to love them as my own.
Things in my thirties have really started shaping up the way I thought they would much earlier but better late than never. I wasted a lot of years in silence, so probably not too many people even remember who I was from school, but for those of you that do, I am very well and happy. Too old now to try out for American Idol, just wishing I had the personality I have now when I was 18 cause if I did I would have moved to Nashville upon graduation and you would probably be purchasing my records.......LOL :)
I never thought 38 would come so quickly........I still feel like I just left high school and now my son is finishing Middle School, he started out at Stonybrook but we moved to handcuff county now and he attends Maxwell Middle school.......can he still play golf for Warren?? LOL The course here as he says is "bunk" and doesn't want to play here, but he is so talented for the game so what am I to do?? I guess it's good for him to not have the same teachers I had....can you believe they are still there??? Mrs. Patton, Mr. Humphrey, Mrs. McMullen for goodness sake! Scary thing getting older.....now I have to worry about my son doing things that I NEVER did in highschool......Wish me luck, but LORD I hope he has more fun than I did.......
