Life
My husband and children and I are stilling enjoying life here in town. My children are now 7 and 4 1/2.
Interesting how life throws you for a loop though! My plans to go to nursing school changed AGAIN! As my son was diagnosed with a learning disability. I chose to stay home with him in order to provide him with the educational help that is necessary to get him up to speed in school. He is doing very well in preschool and I am thrilled to be able to spend time with him! Additionally, my husband quit his job of 9 years to start his own business. as the executive admin/web designer/bookeeper for his business. It has been a bumpy ride, but very positive for everyone involved.
Life here is pretty good. We plan to stay here for a number of years before heading up the hill, Not sure what the future will hold there. But, for now we like it here. There are a lot of activities for the children. We spend our days hanging out at home and and swimming (of course).
My husband and I love to play poker. We host a monthly couples poker game and occasionally play online. My daughter has just begun piano lessons and enjoys art and swimming. My son sings to his sister's piano playing and is a normal rambunctious boy.
