Currently working on the upcoming Morgan Choral reunion which will be a salute to Mr. Gagnon, who will conduct. Americans noticed it via Olympic coverage (and the US winning bronze) in Turino.
There are numerous curling clubs throughout the Northeast & midwest, the West coast and other regions are leaping on board too.
Give it a try- easy at the beginning 'club' level though challenging at the elite level. A very social sport- no ice skates involved! Google US curling and check it out, be ahead of the curve as it is sure to again be the 'it' sport again after the Olympics this Feb. Go to an Open House and try it- tell 'em I sent you (past President of the US Women's Curling Assoc.- and current Director of the US Curling Assoc.) Hope to see you on the ice!
