Jennifer Voight:  

Life After high school, I attended San Jose State University. I got my degree in Recreation & Leisure Studies with a Marketing Minor in Spring of 2000. During my time there, I was on the Co-Ed Spirit Team where I cheered, danced, stunted, and tumbled. We cheered for football and basketball, took 2nd place at a Regional competition, and did misc. volunteer work. Also during my time there, I worked in special events and coached other cheer/dance teams. Got married in June 2002 to my college sweetheart and worked as a Special Events Coordinator for the City of San Jose. After moving to Fairfield to buy our 1st home, I began working at UC Davis Extension. I have now been a Special Events Coordinator for the College of Letters & Science at UC Davis for a year and a half. I also coordinate weddings and other private events in my spare time. Aside from working, I dance with a Polynesian dance troupe out of Vacaville called Hula Halau O Ku'ulei. My parents still live in our San Leandro house and I try to visit almost every weekend! School In high school, I was on an award-winning Song Squad and won 2 NCA All-American Danz Awards. In addition to competitions, football games, basketball games, rallies, and special performances, I had the opportunity of performing in the 1993 & 1994 Aloha Bowl Performance Half-Time in Honolulu, HI.
