Life
After graduation from RCS, I attended CW Post College on Long Island where I majored in Arts Management. I belonged to a coed fraternity, where I met many lifelong friends. I also met my husband, Paul, when I was a sophomore and he was a returning senior. After college, I worked in Manhattan for a while, then decided to get my Masters degree in Education. e moved to Los Angeles in November, 2001. I took a year off to get used to my new living situation. I had a lot of difficulty at first, but have adjusted nicely to my new environment. Being that I am sitting on my deck right now and it is January doesn't hurt! I took a job teaching at an inner city elementary school in July 2002 and I am still at that same school. I now teach a multiage 3-4-5 class, and I am enjoying it very much. I have made some great new friends. Last January, we purchased our first house in the Hollywood Hills. I love living up away from the madness of the city, surrounded by trees and animals (the coyotes and mountain lions still send chills up my spine!) I love going home whenever possible, but I also love my life on the west coast. We don't have any children, just Monty, our Cocker Spaniel. We love to travel and spend time with other people's children! I am currently working with some other classmates to organize our 20th class reunion. Hopefully, we will have a nice turnout.
