Jennifer's Story
Life
Hello, and thanks for stopping by! Here is what I have been up to. I will just give you an easy to read rundown of my life since graduation in 1992.
-1992- I attended college at Indiana State University as a music major. I played clarinet and learned wind instrument repair.
-1996- Graduated college and started working at The Conservatory of Music as a repair technician.
-2001- April 19th I moved to North Carolina to accept a job offer as a repair technician for Brook Mays Music Group out of Texas.
-2004- I met my husband James while playing pool and fell in real love. (I took billiards lessons and made playing pool a hobby)
-2004- I became blessed with a gorgeous baby boy. I fell in love even harder than before!
-2004- I married James on Dec. 20th. It was a Christmas present to each other.
-2005- On May 23rd, my son Jimmie was born. He is the best thing that ever happened. I never thought I would ever be a mommie. I am loving it!

-2006- Brook Mays Music group went bankrupt and we were liquidated. All workers lost their jobs, but I took my shop home to start my own business soon (I hope).
-2007- I am staying at home as a domestic engineer to raise my son. I get to do the shopping, play with Jimmie's toys, and watch cartoons. I am doing all I can to instill Jimmie with all of the necessary survival tools needed for life knowing that the future is something nobody can totally prepare for. Who knows what 30 years will bring? I never guessed I would be here in Durham, North Carolina as a proud wife and mother. As for my recent job loss... things happen for a reason and God has not ever let me down. I believe he may want me to chill out and be a mommie. I have learned so much after school.
