Jennifer's Story
Life
I am working at Kent Trumbull as the Student Activities Coordinator. I plan to start my PhD in Higher Education Administration next fall and then I will be done with school forever (I think). I do not have any kids yet, but hopefully will one day, but I'm waiting for a ring before I make that leap. Life since Warren G has been interesting and fun.
School
My biggest crush was probably a tie between Jason Elias, Anthony McCoy and somebody who didn't go to Harding. Probably somebody who was way too old. Mrs. Whitehead was the greatest teacher there was. I still stay in touch with her and love her to pieces. Mr. Sewickey was also pretty cool. He inspired me to work on my art more seriously. If I could do it all over again I would have left Harding after my sophomore year and done post-secondary full-time, minus maybe some art cla...Expand for more
sses. I would have stuck with softball and maybe been a bit more social. I still talk to a lot of my friends, but I wish I had stayed in touch with Dee-Dee, Yohanna and Liz Spanos.
College
Well I first went to Mount Union and then left after one year for various reasons. I then went to Kent where I had my share of fun and ran into some Warren G alumni. I would have to say sophomore year was one of the best. I hung out with Kelyn Chaney and my roommate Ally and we had possibly a bit too much fun. If I could I would not go back. It was fun while it lasted but I'm glad it's over.
I graduated from Kent with a B.S. in Advertising and then got a Masters in Higher Education Administration.
Workplace
I currently work for Kent Trumbull as the Student Activities Coordinator. So I am back in Warren for work, but I do not live there.
