Jennifer's Story
Life
I joined the Navy in 1981. Married a navy seal in 1982. We have 2 children, a boy 18 and a girl 16. We live in Pearl River, La., outside of Slidell. We have 21 animals and I've never had to work! It's just the way I dreamed it would be!
UPDATE: It is now March 2006. My daughter is 21 and my son was 22. He joined the Army and was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne. He died in August of 2005. Our hearts are broken and we will never be the same!
UPDATE: It is now May 2008. We have been traveling the world, since our son died. Right after him, my mama and my daddy died. It has been very hard without them! Traveling, gives us something to think about and plan, and it has helped! We are also now, building an addition on our house. I am on facebook if you want to see pictures from all our trips.
UPDATE: In 2015 we moved to Colorado and we moved our daughter and her family with us from Louisiana. We have retired and are enjoying this life in the mountains.
UPDATE: In 2018 I started at Charis Bible School an Andrew Womack Ministries Bible School and it has been one of the best things I've ever done. My husband is now an apprentice to a Master potter and life is so good in the mountains. We are living a blessed retire...Expand for more

UPDATE* Starting my 2nd year at Charis Bible College and I have never been happier.
UPDATE* I am in the Class of 2020 at Charis Bible College and I graduate in May! Our life in Colorado is wonderful!
UPDATE* I am now a licensed Minister in the state of Colorado!
UPDATE* I am on the Worship Team at Victory Life Church. I am in AVL. I run the computer. I love it.
UPDATE* I am in Film and Production School at Charis Bible College and I am on the Film Making track. It is so interesting.
UPDATE** I graduated from Film and Production School. I produced a Christian television show, I was an Assistant Director on an on location shoot, I did makeup on a shoot, I was slate girl, I was an actor in a play and I built sets for plays and for TV shows. It was an amazing year for me. My teacher asked me to go back this year to help her teach and build sets. I am very excited. AND....My husband was elected to the City Council in our mountain town and he will someday be the Mayor!
**UPDATE** In September I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma Spine Cancer. I took what I learned at Charis Bible College from Andrew Wommack and 139 days later the cancer was gone. I am healed and I am going to Ministry school in the fall.
