Mr. Carney was arrested on August 13, 1997 and charged with Criminal Homicide. He was taken to trial...Expand for more
and convicted of1st degree murder and was sentenced to imprisonment for life.
Amazingly the courts tried and convicted Mr. Carney of a murder he never was charged with. He was arrested for allegedly killing a white man but was ultimately tried and convicted for allegedly killing a black man.
ASTONISHINGLY THE COURTS HAVE ADMITTED THAT MR. CARNEY WAS TRIED WITH THE WRONG BODY BUT REFUSED TO OVERTURN THE BOGUS CONVICTION AND MR. CARNEY REMAINS SERVING A SENTENCE OF IMPRISONMENT FOR LIFE.
