Fair sucumbed to lung cancer Feb. 13, 2011 he was 53 father of 3 young men, a wife of 21 years. He will be missed by all that knew and loved his smile. Then 2 weeks later my best friend Kurt Tusch died, Feb. this year has been a really bad one. But I'm sure things will get better.
