s. My final Store manager position was in Chiefland, Florida, May 1979. I then went into business for myself and opened up a Piggly Wiggly Supermarket in Cross City, Florida.
I operated that store for 17 years and sold it in 1996. Then i Raised Little Neck Clams in the Gulf of Mexico off shore of Horseshoe Beach, Florida about 18 miles from Cross City, Fl. From 2000 to present I went back to some of my roots and started wholesaling and retailing produce in my home area.".
