pop especially late fifties, sixties, and some seventies. Absoulutly some of the best sounds around. UPDATE: June 2006. Made it. Retired at end of '06 school year. Hope this retirement thing works out because I can see where an old baseball coach could be boared.
Workplace
I currently teach/coach full-time at Eisenhower High School. Started teaching there in 1976-77. I really enjoy working with students and try to help them grow and mature as young adults. It's not easy but it can be very rewarding. I've taught PE for 22 of the 26 years I've been at IKE High. Much has changed since I was a student in high school. I just hope our current generation can understand, appreciate and leard from those of us who place a premiun on history and try to make this old world a better place for future generations.
I'm also still envolved in baseball after all these years (50 to be exact) at Chaffey College. I coach the pitchers and call many of our defensive plays. We've been to the play-offs 5 of the last 6 years. It's been a fun ride and I don't know how much longer I'll stay involved. But as long as it's still fun I'll probably coach.
