Jerry's Story
Well, like many of us I joined the army for 3years. Went across the pond for a year and came back a little scarred up, but in one piece. Try going to school at NMSU in music. didn't work well. Became a cop for a while. Moved back to Farmington, and went to work in the oil field. Got married, started bouncing all around with the oil field. Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado, Montana, Colorado. The oil field died a terrible death. Started farming, and over the road trucking. Sold the truck and opened a computer shop in Greeley, CO. Went to school at night and got an IT degree. 911 happend. Closed the shop. Went to work for Tranportation Security Adminstration. I am a Baggage Lead in Denver. We interpet xrays and check out things we don't like the looks of. My baby is out of school, and is a mortition, don't freik, it surprized me too. I am up to 6 grand children, and 1 or 2 more on the way. Damd rabbits!! Hopefully I can retire in 4 to 7 years, and do ...Expand for more
a lot of fishing. I have the 4th and 5th of July off, but annual leave is blacked out during that period, so I don't see a way right now, but things may change. The crush of my life was Lynn Isham, who married and raised a family. I kept track of her through her parents, who up and disappeared on me about 10 years ago. The love of my life was Cathie Short, who married and had a family. I have not seen or here of her since our 10 year reunion, the only one I have been at by the way. Oh! This might help a lot, you may remember me as Jerry Pawley. When I went in the service, I had to use my birth name, but Bob Pawley did abopt me and my brother and sister, but I kept the Nix name. One person I would realy like to know where she went is Linda Dobbs. It has something to do with something cornie that she wrote in my Tibbits 9th grade annual.
This is more than I have said about my self in years, personal info isn't required much on job apps.
