Jerry's Story
Anyone who stops by from Anderson High School days, hope all is well. Update on the Reed family. After graduating from Anderson I started using my legal last name (Reed), not my step father's last name (Ross).
I've been married for 30 years as of June 7, 2016, and have 5 wonderful children who are now 29, 28, 25, 21, 18. The first 3 are now out of college, married and two of them have children with each having one on the way. Will have 4 grand children by March 2017, crazy!! Last one, Holly leaves the week of August 28th back to college and we will be empty nesters, I can't believe it. I CAN'T BELIVE ITS BEEN 34 YEARS since graduating from High School.......... graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a B.A. in Economics, received a Banking Certificate from Fairfield University and ACB in 2002, and got an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. I am currently the CEO of Member First Mortgage in Grand Rapids, Michigan, its beautiful here. Hopefully 10 more years and I'm retired...... That sounds really strange to almost be there when it seems like yesterday I was young, thin, and had a whole lot more energy...... Would love to see everyone at a reunion, but work and family schedules have not allowed me to attend. Maybe before I turn 60......!
