Jerry's Story
After Kelly HS I attended City college & DePaul University (Business/Mktg. degree). Joined U.S. Army Reserves for 8 years. Worked for 30 years in the Office Furnishings industry (Owner and Sales) focusing mostly on marketing to the Federal Gov.t/Military (Side note: 1990-2003, I was with a company called Desks, Inc. and it was located near Archer/Pershing... I've got a son, daughter, and a grand daughter living in Downers Grove/Westmont, IL. areas).... Bonnie (Baraboo, WI.), has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren in Atlanta area.
The highlight of my working career occurred in 2009!!,,, I "retired" and opened up a VIENNA BEEF (Chicago, Baby!) HOT DOG CART in Cave Creek, AZ (I figured that it was time to put that Kelly HS Diploma to work!!)... I fully retired in 2014 and am trying to travel as often as we can.
