Jerry's Story
After high school I worked for Allis Chalmers where I served a Machinist apprenticeship and took classes in quality control at MSOE. After graduation from the apprenticeship I worked in quality control for several years then was promoted to shop foreman.
I quit that job and my wife and I went back to school in Waukesha and Pennsylvania for 3 years and got a degree in Bible and Missions. Very interesting time.....
To blow off steam my son Scott and I race sports cars. Scott races an 1972 Triumph Spitfire and I race a 1968 Triumph GT6.
The wildest thing I did in H.S. was graduate!
My hero in life is Juan Manuel Fangio one of the greatest F1 drivers ever and he was kinda fat like me.

nd moved because of my work. I was a partner in a Diesel engine rebuilding company. I moved to Green Bay from Deerfield to start up that location then moved to Hartland to start up a shop in the Milwaukee area. Later I moved to Sturgeon Bay to teach Diesel and heavy Equipment technology at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. I taught there for 20 years and retired in 2004.
My biggest surprise in life is Georgia (Class of 61) and I have been married 46 years with 5 wonderful kids and 91/2 grand kids. Georgia has had a great career as a nurse and quilt shop owner and I got to play with all the big heavy equipment toys for 20 years and help young men and women learn a rewarding career.
What have learned from my kids? Patience.
