I left Midland and moved to Arcadia, CA and finnished high school there. I went to UCLA and got a BA in Computer Science. (Not worth much today). I joined the Air Force and served for just a year. I did work for the Office Of Security Investigations. I was hurt twice and was given a honorable discharge. I attended ASU and got an Associates degree in Accounting. I was working for a computer company at this time and with our expansion I worked 16 hours a day 7 days a week. I also married a girl that I met at camp when I was 14. We had a son and we were thrilled. He had problems with alergies in Phoenix because of the many of the flowering trees. We moved back to Michigan we had anonther son. I started in Computer Sales.in 1982, before they had Personal Computers. I did very well and started a Software company. I found that I could not sell computer unless there were programs that people needed. I worked nights and weekends creating custom programs.
