Allen's Story

Life I'm Allen Lovelace Class of 1976. I graduated and joined the US Army as a Military Policeman for 3 yrs. which I spent in Germany.I got out in 1979, joined the Maryland Army National Guard for 3 yrs as an MP. I worked several jobs after the Army..Security at Peach Bottom..Purolator Armored..Harford Mem Hospital.. I was also in the Maryland Army National Guard as an MP for the 29th Military Police Co. for 3 yrs.I was a Federal Police Officer ..then for the last 23 yrs I've been a Harford Co. Deputy Sheriff. I was married 23 yrs but Oct 2004 my wife left me and my kids for another guy. I have a son who graduated from BAHS (Class of 2003) a daughter who graduated Bel Air High School (Class of 2006 ) and a daughter who is in 8th grade at Fallston Middle School. I have been dating Mary for 2 years and we are engaged. We boug...Expand for more
ht a house in Fallston. She has a son named Jacob who is in 8th grade. Mary and I were married on March 2nd, 2008 and at the end of March- beginning of April we went to Sandals in Jamaica for 10 days for our honeymoon. Jacob and Beth are both now 9th graders, Jacob at the International Baccalaureate Program at Edgewood High School and Beth at Fallston High School. Well a little time has passed. I retired from the Harford County Sheriff's Office after 26 1/2 years on Jan 31st 2012. I have been a UMBC ( University of Maryland Baltimore County ) since Apr 9th 2012. Bethanie and Jacob graduated from Fallson High School June 7th 2012, Then we went to Disney World for a week. College I went to college for two years on the Old GI Bill, but never took enough credits to graduate.I ended up quitting to get married the first time.
