Jessica's Story
After high school, I went to Casper College for a couple of years studing nursing. I started working full-time at Wal~Mart in 1995. I got married to Erik in 1997. We had our first child (boy) in 1999, which is when I dropped down to only working only 2 evenings a week. In March 2002, I found the Lord, and I have been studying and learning more and more about Him ever since! We had our second child (girl) in 2002. I joined a bible study at our church called Women In The Word. I have belonged to that ever since! Then, we had our surprise, third child (boy) 18 months later in 2004. It was then that we decided I would become a full-time stay-at-home mom and quite working at Wal~Mart after 10 years. I love being a stay-at-home mom, even though at times can be very challenging.
I am very involved in our son's and daughter's school vo...Expand for more
lunteering at least once a week. I teach Sunday School at our church (Highland Park Community Church) and teach the preschoolers about Jesus at Women In The Word. I also keep busy shuttling our kids to sports and activities. I love to; scrapbook, keep a neat and clean house, spend time with my family, and go camping.
My amazing husband Erik, supports us all by working at Cameco Resources (a uranium mine) since 1996. He is a wonderful family man, who loves hanging out with the kids and of course- ME. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in 2007, and I am sure will have many, many more anniversaries to come!
