More about Jhylia:"I am an Army brat ~ My father served honorably and admirably for 20+ years. I have 2 beautiful girls, 10 & 8 ..who are the light of my life. I enjoy working out, shopping and spending time with my girls and friends.
I currently reside in Southern Maryland....and it is a different feeling everyday. It has its good points and its bad points. The girls are adjusting, even after three years of being here.
I am taking a new lease on life...I am doing things that make me happy, my heart happy and most importantly my girls happy. I am back in the gym....I can't believe I waited so long to get back into it. Yes, it was a little intimidating at first (alot has changed in the last 10 years - weights, machines, etc) but I have the greatest trainer ever. I just need to step it up and REALLY get serious - and bring myself to that mentality that had me in the gym 10 years ago...".
