This past decade, I've been writing screenplays. I've written six screenplays and two TV sitcoms. I'm suing a studio for plagiarizing what used to be the number one TV show. Funny, because when I was selling it, I pitched it saying it would be a number one show. I know we were taught otherwise in grade school but, fascism still exists. In America today, more than at any other time, the government routinely denies us our Constitutional right to a jury trial. Yes, it's routine. It's just a step in the judicial process to kick you out of the system so that you cannot get justice. It makes it oh so easy to pick our pockets that way. They can charge you an arm and a leg and do enslave you with exhorbitant attorney's fees. You attorney essentially becomes a 50/50 partner whether you want him to be or not. Take a lesson from me as I've learned firsthand through my experience as a screenplay writer suing for plagiarism. Don't be fooled.
